Loading an alien craft.

During my exchange semester i took a class called "sound and electronics in theater". We had to do an editing project where i had to make a 30 second sample of the sentence “a large monster charged a whole group of people. Many people died, but then one man grabbed a machine gun/knife and gunned down/chopped up the monster. ”i only used sounds from freesound. Org and edited and aranged them with reaper. This is what the result sounds like. (well in this uploaded version i removed the ripped spoken quotes from terminator because they were not from this website here :p). Completely made in sony sound forge 10 with the fm tools. Starts off with a sine 6,000 hz to ~12,000 hz in about three seconds to emulate a camera flash warming up. For those who intend to use it as a part of a futuristic weapon in games, flashes, or movies, i also added a double beep as a "weapon ready" cue and final tone at the for an optional "locked on" which could also double as an error beep.

Hey!. I've made this for a friend's project. But the project is now stalled, so i decided to release my work to the world. The sound is created with multiple layers of zynaddsubfx digital synthesizer. Sequenced and rendered using lmms. This was my first serious attempt at creating high-quality game sounds. I've spend quite some time refining and adding detail to the sounds, so they are rich and convincing. I hope this is a production at top level, that could be used in a commercial motion picture. Have i reached my goal?. If you want to use them, you'll need to edit it by yourself :).
